Finally got ahead of the curve, quit before they banned me but they begged me to come back so I couldn't resist.

ROTY-A season and all ............ time to turn some wrenches and have a few cans of PBR.

It's been a while.
Should we have a meeting in the near future?

Yes. We should have a meeting before we go to Doon. It's too late now for Fleetwood which is
only 2 weeks away. Does anyone know an anti-rain rain dancer ? I'm not feeling too good about
the weather for the next few weeks. I sure hope it isn't going to wash out again.

Yes, I think a meeting is in order before our show. Can we set a date?

I looked at the long range, which just goes to Wed the 5th, but there is a long period of sunshine and a few days with isolated showers leading up to it, so it looks good from this point.

We should meet on a Saturday in June. I'm pretty sure I'm open on all of them.
We also need to have good attendance so it should be set up at least 2 weeks in advance.

Any weekend in June after Fleetwood works for me, however I was thinking that it might be a good
idea to have our meeting at Fleetwood when we will probably have more guys attending than we would
have if we had a meeting at a later date.
Our meetings in days gone by had maybe 7 or 8 of us showing up but I'm sure there will be more members
at Fleetwood. It would be great to have guys we only talk to on the internet, like Rene from Montreal, being
able to help plan and maybe actually go to Doon to see where it will all happen in August.
What say you ?

Where do we want to have it? If we want to go back to the Fox, he's having a show there on the 23rd, and I'm working that weekend anyway. The weekend before, Maureen has 3 days off and we're going to the cabin.

I have to get in touch with Gary at the Rabbid Fox anyway about catering our show too, so I think it best we have it there?

When we decide I'll get the word out.

Ron makes an interesting point about holding it in London,  but I have a fear that there is already a lot of stuff being planned as well as significant others that will be along which might make doing it there difficult for me.

It's not always easy to get everyone's attention for an hour or so for a regimented meeting at a show. I've tried that with The Model Club and there are always those that for whatever reason miss out on a lot of it. But we can certainly discuss things there in an informal chat.

Yes we will have an informal discussion in London and another meeting after.
I will be asking the Charity to come out to as well. They will provide some of the volunteers.
