Classic box of Cadillac jewelry for ROTY-A's, stuff is like Sir Arthur Knights of the Round Table - 49 jewelry this time.

Mocked one up just for laughs on my cardboard template I use for all of them but much more classic jewelry at my disposal.

Johnny supplied the bulk of the jewelry the last few years so I sent him a silly award just for laughs with late model stuff, now he can receive a fitting ROTY-A for a Cadillac scion such as he is.

Windows 7 is a trip until you get the hang of it ........... doooooooh !

Sweet stuff! Now are you finally going to make one for yourself? That jewelery has your name all over it.

Porter,

That looks great.

I had two 56 fender emblems that were also supposed to go with lot, but after sending there they were on the bench.

I hate it when that happens, but bet I will send more.

Got some really cool classic jewelry from the Johnny, mocked up another one.

Have to paint them the right color, etc. Another 2010 ROTY-A on tap.

Classic jewelry is the best, need a smaller plaque for the newer jewelry. Cadillac really had an established "trademark" identity with their emblems.

Damn. I could re-do the crests and V's on my '59 With 4 of those items. Are you taking offers?

And that little blue and gold? square at the bottom center is from the 30's. $$$$$$$
Take that one to the grave with you. It's worth a small fortune.

The Johnny gets first dibs on the good stuff for his since he provided all of it.

BTW all his Cadillac buds are jealous now, even the Ford guys.

I have to sort out the jewlery and mix and match to get the best artistic results, play around with the location, choose a custom paint if desired ( other than Redneck satin black ) etc.

Have a few 56 grille scripts ( gold anodized ) and some chrome pot metal scripts ( early 50's fenders ? ) , not sure what year the V's are, some beautiful crests too in fine shape, one "court jester" rear 60 front seat emblem and four mini chrome crests of sorts. A total of four is standard fare now, geez I made 7 or 8 back in 08 for the GN , way too many and the quality suffered sans "Sled's" premium ROTY-A.

Likely make a new smaller plaque ( save on the shipping $$$ ) , 60's jewelry was nice but way too small for the huge 50's V plaque. So something new this year and the legend lives on " Redneck of the Year Award ". Hi Ho Silver..... away !

Captain Maltby is sending me a jewelry care package too, if you ain't got a ROTY-A you ain't hip. Jeff Hansen got a kick out of his.
